Pharmacy Shipping Technician

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track all shipments via FedEx, UPS, and other couriers to provide timely updates to leadership.
• Act as a primary liaison between national couriers and the organization to resolve delivery challenges and exceptions.
• Ensure shipment accuracy by monitoring delivery systems for correct destination addresses and timing.
• Proactively monitor weather patterns across the U.S. to mitigate potential delivery delays.
• Prepare shipping reports and follow procedures in client contracts to ensure accurate invoicing and credits.
• Coordinate return requests from PACE clients and collaborate with the inventory supervisor on package retrieval.
• Participate in company quality initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other privacy and security regulations.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and trend analysis).
• Ability to work the scheduled shift of 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM ET, Monday through Friday.
• Ability to undergo initial training during the hours of 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM ET for the first few weeks.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping.
• Previous experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare environment.
