Pharmacy Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual sales targets within budget by maximizing distribution, assortment, visibility, and recommendation in assigned pharmacies.
• Execute the commercial visit model with excellence to meet market share and sales objectives.
• Conduct pharmacy visits according to the cycle plan, monitoring stocks and orders.
• Maximize daily pharmacy visits in alignment with the commercial strategy.
• Implement sales cycle elements, including visibility materials and pharmacy staff training, to drive brand rotation.
• Analyze territory sales, provide timely reports to management, and maintain tracking systems for effectiveness.
• Prepare and implement account and territory development plans, including annual contractual agreements.
• Drive business development with key pharmacies through assortment implementation and active recommendation.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to marketing and trade marketing teams.
• Collect and report adverse event information to the Pharmacovigilance department.

Requirements

• University degree in Pharmacy, Business, Engineering, or Science.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Proven knowledge of the Baix Llobregat market.
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in Consumer Healthcare or FMCG.
• Strong skills in sales planning, territory management, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
