Pharmacy Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Develop successful commercial relationships with pharmacy clients through regular visits
• Prepare for visits and ensure follow-up on commercial and sales agreements
• Organize training sessions for pharmacy teams
• Implement sales activities and merchandising strategies to increase point-of-sale visibility
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize local strategy
• Monitor KPIs and take direct responsibility for the sell-out of the assigned territory
• Collaborate with internal departments and medical information delegates to coordinate commercial efforts

Requirements

• University degree in Health, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar sales role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to prioritize, structure, and advance work with good judgment
• A work style that balances autonomy, high standards, and collaboration
• Genuine interest in the responsible application of AI to business contexts
