Pharmacy Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Organize area resources to achieve defined objectives and accelerate business growth
• Apply and adapt commercial strategies into concrete plans to achieve market share and sales targets
• Lead efficient routines with the team to achieve growth and maintain team harmony
• Monitor market situation to identify opportunities, define action strategies, and prepare reports
• Execute negotiations with customers to implement plans and resolve conflicts
• Analyze sales, distribution, visibility, and KPI data to set priorities
• Manage the area income statement to optimize the ratio between revenue and expenses
• Develop talent within the team according to the company's talent map

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Health Sciences
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing commercial or multifunctional teams of 15+ people
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector or similar industries (FMCG, tobacco, HORECA)
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2)
• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google tools
• Strong skills in data analysis, negotiation, and decision-making
• Proven ability in management, organization, and people management
