Pharmacy Production Lead

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily production workflow in alignment with service level, quality, and volume goals
• Facilitate daily team operations to ensure retail, mail, and specialty work is completed by priority
• Direct the day-to-day work of up to 40+ associates across functional areas such as picking, packing, and replenishment
• Monitor and control Conveyor System Controls (CSC) to regulate workflow and resolve real-time exceptions
• Coordinate staffing assignments throughout the shift, adjusting based on workload and operational priorities
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate conveyor, system, or workflow issues to minimize disruptions
• Support training efforts by coaching peers and reinforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure adherence to site security, safety guidelines, SOPs, and 5S standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience)
• Demonstrated experience working in pharmacy, production, warehouse, or fulfillment operations
• Experience coordinating workflow or providing lead-level operational support in a production environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or leading the work of large teams (up to 40+ associates)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and operational systems
• Experience operating production systems, conveyors, or workflow controls
• Familiarity with continuous improvement or process optimization concepts
