About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations including dispensing accuracy and customer service quality
- Ensure operational integrity and regulatory compliance
- Lead and develop pharmacy teams
- Manage pharmacy services across operations in Doha
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred)
- Valid pharmacist license in Qatar
- Minimum 5 years in pharmacy operations management
- Experience with controlled substances licensing is highly desirable
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degrees in Pharmacy Administration, Healthcare Management, or Business Administration
- 7–10 years in senior pharmacy leadership roles
