About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement pharmacy sales cycles with clients and sales management
- Create engaging sales briefs, presentations, and client review decks
- Maintain CRM data, product information, and sales reporting
- Produce and analyse sales reports, investigating any data anomalies
- Coordinate discounts, incentives, stock, and point of sale materials
- Support sales planning meetings, client meetings, and sales events
Requirements
- Experience in administration within a fast-paced environment, ideally FMCG, pharmacy, or sales support
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and meet strict deadlines
- Educated to a good standard in Maths and English
- Must have the right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not offered)
