Pharmacy Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day pharmacy department operations
• Ensure compliance with Qatar's healthcare regulations and international standards
• Develop strategic plans to improve pharmacy services and patient satisfaction
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering and monitoring medications
• Manage and mentor pharmacy staff to foster professional development
• Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
• Optimize workflow processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Manage budgets and financial performance of the pharmacy department
• Serve as a liaison between the pharmacy and other organizational departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required
• Valid pharmacist license in Qatar
• Minimum of 5 years in pharmacy operations
• At least 3 years in a management role
• Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Advanced degree in Pharmacy Administration or Healthcare Management
• Experience with controlled substances licensing
• Arabic language skills
• Familiarity with Qatar's healthcare system and regulations
