Pharmacy Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensure regulatory compliance
• Develop strategic plans to improve pharmacy services and patient satisfaction
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering and monitoring medications
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for safe medication management
• Manage and mentor pharmacy staff to foster professional development
• Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
• Optimize workflow processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Manage department budgets and financial performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred)
• Valid pharmacist license in Qatar
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy operations experience with 3 years in management
• Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
• 10+ years of total experience preferred
