Pharmacy Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical resource and partner to health center providers, offering drug therapy consultation and medication education
• Counsel patients on medications, adherence, and chronic disease management
• Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations including workflow, inventory, and quality assurance
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including HIPAA
• Hire, onboard, and manage pharmacy staff including technicians
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with health center clients

Requirements

• Licensed pharmacist (PharmD or BS Pharmacy) with current Florida licensure or eligibility
• Demonstrated ability to manage pharmacy operations independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmacist experience with 3+ years in leadership
• Experience in retail, community, or health center pharmacy settings
• Familiarity with 340B programs
• Immunization certification
