Pharmacy Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing prescription medications and managing clinical quality.
• Partner with clinic staff and community stakeholders to meet clinical outcomes and build strong relationships.
• Counsel and educate patients on medication usage, adverse effects, and schedules.
• Manage pharmacy staff through coaching, development, and proactive recruitment of top talent.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and pharmacy policies.
• Drive financial profitability and identify growth opportunities within the pharmacy.
• Perform wellness services, including immunizations and other preventive care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Current pharmacist's license in the state of Texas.
• Certified immunizer or willingness to become one within 3 months of hire.
• Willingness to complete Long-Acting Injectable (LAI) training.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmacy leadership experience.
• Previous experience working in a pharmacy setting.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
