About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage branch activities to ensure the correct application of protocols and customer service standards.
- Ensure compliance with business metrics, generate sales reports, and perform operational checklists.
- Execute actions to maintain updated inventory, product facing, and proper organization and cleanliness of the branch.
- Evaluate staff performance through metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs.
- Manage expenses and implement actions to increase branch profitability.
Requirements
- Completed high school education (Preparatoria concluida).
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and point of sale operations.
- Experience in personnel management and staff supervision.
- Experience in cash management and administration of values.
- A degree in economic-administrative areas is highly desirable.
