Pharmacy Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality standards in customer service by overseeing the flawless execution of team processes and activities.
• Monitor business metrics, generate sales reports, and perform operational checklists for the branch.
• Manage inventory updates, product facing and arrangement, and maintain branch cleanliness and order.
• Evaluate staff performance through metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs.
• Supervise branch activities to ensure correct application of protocols and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Completed high school education (Preparatoria concluida).
• 2+ years of experience in customer service.
• 2+ years of experience in point of sale (POS) operations.
• 2+ years of experience in cash management and administration of values.
• 2+ years of experience in personnel management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas.
