Pharmacy Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage branch team activities to ensure correct application of service protocols and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with established business metrics, generate sales reports, and perform operational checklists.
• Execute actions to ensure inventory accuracy, product facing, and proper organization and cleanliness of the branch.
• Evaluate staff performance through metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs.
• Contribute to increased profitability and expense control through strict adherence to company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Preparatoria concluida).
• 2+ years of experience in customer service and point of sale operations.
• Experience in personnel management and team leadership.
• Experience in value management and administration.
• A Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas is highly desirable.
