Pharmacy Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage branch team activities to ensure the correct application of service protocols and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with established business metrics, generate sales reports, and perform operational checklists.
• Execute actions to maintain accurate inventory, product facing, and proper organization and cleanliness of the branch.
• Evaluate staff performance through metrics, feedback sessions, and the identification of training needs.
• Oversee the execution of current processes and policies to drive profitability and expense control.

Requirements

• High school diploma completed.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service.
• 2+ years of experience in point of sale operations.
• 2+ years of experience in cash management and administration of values.
• 2+ years of experience in personnel management.

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree in economic-administrative areas.
