Pharmacy Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage branch team activities to ensure correct application of service protocols and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with established business metrics, generate sales reports, and perform operational checklists.
• Execute actions to ensure inventory accuracy, product facing, and proper arrangement of merchandise.
• Maintain the order and cleanliness of the assigned pharmacy branch.
• Evaluate staff performance through metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs.
• Implement processes and policies that contribute to increased profitability and expense control.

Requirements

• Completed high school diploma.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service.
• Experience working at a point of sale.
• Experience in cash management and administration of values.
• Experience in personnel management and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree in economic-administrative areas.
