Pharmacy Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage branch team activities to ensure correct application of service protocols and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with established business metrics, generate sales reports, and perform operational checklists.
• Execute actions to ensure inventory accuracy, product facing, and proper arrangement of merchandise.
• Maintain the order and cleanliness of the assigned pharmacy branch.
• Evaluate staff performance through metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs.
• Contribute to increased profitability and expense control through efficient process execution.

Requirements

• Completed high school education (Preparatoria concluida).
• Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas is highly desirable.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service.
• Experience working at a point of sale (POS).
• Experience in value management and administration.
• Proven experience in personnel management and leadership.
