Pharmacy Dispenser

Responsibilities

• Receive and validate prescriptions for clinical check
• Process patient information appropriately
• Support the Responsible Pharmacist and Technicians in daily operations
• Act as the first point of contact for pharmacy queries
• Maintain relevant records for the supply of CMBP
• Maintain stock and security of CMBP on site
• Communicate prescriptions to the Department of Health to meet regulatory requirements
• Support pharmacy governance to ensure safe operations

Requirements

• UK qualified Pharmacy dispenser
• Experience in a pharmacy dispensary (primary or secondary environment)
• High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills with staff, patients, and healthcare professionals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Professional, ethical, and committed to customer care

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of a CPD-accredited medical cannabis educational programme
