Pharmacy Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Produce and quality check monthly and quarterly report books for clients using the internal pharmacy data warehouse
• Validate pharmacy data against key performance indicators collected from Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) vendors
• Develop financial models and reports to provide analysis, implications, and recommendations to consulting teams
• Perform pharmacy pricing guarantee reconciliations on a quarterly and annual basis
• Pull routine and ad hoc reporting from the internal data warehouse as requested
• Track day-to-day issues related to client pharmacy plans and assist in closing open items
• Maintain internal and external project timelines for RFPs, renewals, and reporting
• Assist in developing client implementation plans and reviewing contract terms/provisions
• Work with the internal data operations team to maintain high standards of client data quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent insurance industry experience
• 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in employee welfare benefits or pharmacy data analytics
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client relationships
• Legal right to work in the United States
