Pharmacy Consultant - Senior Director

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale pharmacy benefit engagements and serve as a strategic partner to complex clients.
• Spearhead the development of new pharmacy approaches and next-generation solutions.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying new client pursuits and crafting tailored pharmacy benefit solutions.
• Manage PBM vendor procurement, negotiations, and performance audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including actuarial, financial, and health equity experts.
• Mentor and manage other consultants to support talent development within the Rx Consulting practice.
• Contribute to WTW's market presence through conference speaking and industry writing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the design and management of large group pharmacy benefit plans.
• Proven ability to generate revenue and manage large client relationships.
• Experience leading global teams and managing complex strategic projects.
• Strong executive presence with polished written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel as required.
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing in your home state.
