Pharmacy Assistant

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operations of the local pharmacy and contributing to a safe medicine supply
• Accurate processing of prescriptions, including checking validity and correctness
• Identifying potential pharmaceutical therapy-related problems such as contraindications, double medication, or interactions
• Providing advisory support to customers regarding medication interactions and contraindications
• Contacting prescribers or customers to clarify any uncertainties

Requirements

• Completed professional training as a Pharmacy Assistant
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Customer-oriented approach and service mentality
• Accurate, proactive, and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good eye for detail and proficiency with MS Office
• Fluency in Dutch is required
• Basic knowledge of German is preferred
