Pharmacy Assistant

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers or doctors to clarify inquiries regarding individual prescription orders or missing information
• Manage prescription data maintenance within the pharmacy information system
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and safety procedures
• Collaborate with pharmaceutical teams to continuously improve workflows
• Provide high-quality customer service and communication

Requirements

• Completed PKA (Pharmacy Assistant) training
• Strong passion for pharmaceutical consulting
• Excellent customer communication skills, particularly over the phone
• Very good written and spoken German
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical systems and MS Office
• High level of accuracy, proactivity, and responsibility
