About the role
Responsibilities
- Carefully check incoming (e-)prescriptions for completeness, readability, and compliance with legal requirements
- Identify deviating or unclear prescriptions and forward them to pharmaceutical colleagues
- Enter prescription data into the pharmacy information system
- Clarify open points directly with customers or doctors when necessary
- Inform customers about unavailable products and record individual requests
- Actively contribute to the optimization of work processes in exchange with other pharmaceutical teams
Requirements
- Completed PKA (Pharmacy Assistant) training
- Passion for competent pharmaceutical advice
- Strong customer communication skills, especially via telephone
- Structured, precise, and responsible way of working
- Very good written and spoken German
- Proficiency in MS Office and pharmaceutical CRM systems
