About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a central contact person for patients regarding pharmaceutical customer service
- Support patients in all pharmaceutical service matters
- Handle prescription processing and control
- Perform pharmaceutical billing tasks
- Work closely within an international pharmacy team
Requirements
- Completed PKA (Pharmacy Assistant) training
- Strong customer communication skills, especially via telephone
- Service-oriented, friendly, and confident demeanor
- Structured, precise, and responsible way of working
- High level of initiative and quick comprehension
- Very good written and spoken German
- Proficiency in pharmaceutical CRM systems and MS Office
