About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as an expert for the reimbursement and billing of medicinal products and aids according to legal guidelines
- Perform operational prescription billing, including processing rejection letters from statutory health insurance companies (retaxations)
- Optimize billing processes through digitalization and automation
- Create and evaluate statistical data in the billing department
- Identify error causes and support team projects for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Completed PKA (Pharmacy Assistant) training
- Experience in statutory health insurance (GKV) billing and retaxations
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, procedures, and inventory management
- Understanding of pharmacy activity regulations
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in pharmaceutical systems (AIS) and MS Office
- Structured, precise, and proactive working style
