About the role

Responsibilities

  • Unload products from trucks and verify paperwork against total tote counts
  • Separate products by lot numbers and expiration dates to ensure accuracy
  • Verify NDC and quantity of each item against purchase orders and research discrepancies
  • Use handheld RF scanners to scan, receive, and reconcile incoming inventory
  • Maintain detailed records of received products and perform monthly date check sweeps
  • Assist with annual physical inventory and product recalls or quarantines
  • Maintain a safe and efficient workspace following all company and DSCSA policies
  • Rotate product and report any damaged items immediately

Requirements

  • Pharmacy Assistant License required
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Basic computer skills and ability to read computer-generated screens
  • Strong mathematical reasoning for counting and calculating pack sizes
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing 20-25 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per day)
  • Experience with RF scanners or warehouse environments is a plus
