Pharmacy Assistant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package prescriptions under pharmacist or pharmacy technician supervision
• Input accurate patient and prescription data into pharmacy software
• Process refill requests and third-party billing
• Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
• Handle cash and card transactions
• Receive, stock, and organize medications and health supplies
• Track expiration dates and manage returns or waste
• Maintain patient records and filing systems
