Responsibilities

• Accurately register patients and maintain up-to-date profiles and prescription history
• Assist with the preparation, labelling, packaging, and shipment of prescription medications
• Respond to inquiries from doctors and patients
• Manage pharmacy inventory and packaging supplies
• Coordinate medication orders with wholesalers and manufacturers
• Ensure accurate documentation and uphold pharmacy data integrity
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, compliant work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmacy
• High level of accuracy in medication handling and data entry
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Comfortable working with pharmacy software (Kroll experience strongly preferred)
• Ability to work a flexible rotation between weekday and weekend shifts
