Pharmacy Assistant

Responsibilities

• Pick raw materials and components for cleanroom compounding
• Perform in-process checks to ensure 100% accuracy
• Maintain communication with cleanrooms and Production Specialists to ensure efficient production flow
• Perform component sanitization for all items entering cleanrooms
• Perform final inspection and label batch units
• Coordinate with Production Specialists and Pharmacists to ensure delivery times are met
• Prepare finished products for shipment by assembling boxes and packaging
• Manually load and transfer products between pharmacy areas

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing or related experience
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Strong computer skills and ability to maintain high accuracy
• Ability to lift approximately 30 lbs. regularly throughout the day
• Capacity to stand for long durations in a dynamic setting
• Flexibility to cover various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
