Pharmacy 340B Program Audit Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance audits to ensure the pharmacy 340B program adheres to all federal regulations and interpretations.
• Perform maximum participation audits to ensure the institution achieves optimal utilization of 340B pricing and cost savings.
• Audit 340B processes to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Monitor all points of service, including retail, specialty, and emergency departments, to verify entity and patient qualifications.
• Audit utilization records and purchasing accounts to ensure software and tools are functioning accurately.
• Develop and monitor monthly and annual audit reports to document findings, discrepancies, and problem areas for leadership.
• Stay current with industry trends by monitoring Apexus, 340B Health, OPA, and other professional publications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
• Minimum of three years of healthcare business analysis experience.
• Direct experience with the 340B program.
• 340B Prime Vendor Certification.
• Strong skills in auditing, data analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to build professional relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• IL Tech License.
• Experience using Epic software.
