Pharmacovigilance Officer, Team Leader/Case Processing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the team responsible for ICSR management for selected projects
• Ensure adequate distribution of tasks and oversee workflow processes
• Facilitate effective cooperation with clients in ICSR Management
• Line manage assigned ICSR staff
• Create and maintain project-specific KPIs to increase team efficiency
• Propose process changes to the ICSR Operational Lead
• Manage ICSR deviations
• Review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy
• Participate in ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases
• Act as assigned team Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Requirements

• Life science degree (Pharmacy, Nursing, or related healthcare qualification)
• Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance
• Demonstrated experience in a line management role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and delegation skills
• Proficiency in planning and time management
