About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the team responsible for ICSR management for selected projects
- Ensure adequate distribution of tasks and oversee workflow processes
- Facilitate effective cooperation with clients in ICSR Management
- Line manage assigned ICSR staff
- Create and maintain project-specific KPIs to increase team efficiency
- Propose process changes to the ICSR Operational Lead
- Manage ICSR deviations
- Review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy
- Participate in ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases
- Act as assigned team Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Requirements
- Life science, pharmacy, nursing, or healthcare-related degree
- Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance
- Demonstrated experience in a line management role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in delegation, planning, and time management
