Pharmacovigilance Data Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming pharmacovigilance data, including generic mailbox management and triage of received emails.
• Perform case entry into the pharmacovigilance and materiovigilance databases.
• Conduct duplicate searches and preliminary case entry in the tracker.
• Execute reconciliation for digital media, clinical studies, and market research in collaboration with vigilance officers.
• Handle reconciliation with subsidiaries and partners, including sending acknowledgments to notifiers.
• Support database maintenance, including MedDRA version impact analysis and data extraction.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement processes and the maintenance of quality documents (work instructions, procedures).
• Document process deviations and participate in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Requirements

• Bac +3/4 degree with a specialization in Pharmacovigilance.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a pharmacovigilance role.
• Fluency in English, both oral and written.
• Highly organized and agile with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong ability to adapt to various stakeholders and work effectively within a team.
