Pharmacology Researcher (Project Leading)

Responsibilities

• Lead AI drug discovery projects to identify and develop new drug candidates
• Manage collaborative research projects and domestic/international CRO operations
• Evaluate drug competitiveness for CNS diseases and identify new therapeutic targets
• Design research projects by establishing Target Product Profiles (TPP) and drug screening flows
• Build and implement in vitro/in vivo efficacy evaluation systems, including neuron-glia co-culture and disease animal models
• Analyze drug mechanisms of action and derive relevant biomarkers
• Conduct clinical and non-clinical pipeline analysis and evaluation

Requirements

• PhD in Neuroscience, Neuroimmunology, Molecular Cell/Physiology, Pharmacology, or Life Sciences
• 6–10 years of professional experience post-PhD
• Proven experience in project leadership and managing research initiatives
• Direct experience in CNS (Central Nervous System) drug development
• Proficiency in English for global collaboration and academic communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple large-scale projects, including international collaborative research
• Experience in the full drug development lifecycle from discovery through to IND filing
• Previous experience working at global pharmaceutical companies
• High level of English fluency
