Pharmacology Researcher (CNS Research Center)

Responsibilities

• Develop, establish, and execute development flows for new drug targets related to neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer's and Parkinson's).
• Build and evaluate in vitro/in vivo disease models (alpha-synuclein, Aβ, Tau) and analyze associated inflammatory factors.
• Conduct pathology research based on cell line or primary neuron cultures.
• Research drug mechanisms of action and derive relevant biomarkers.
• Lead the setup of new assay methods and utilize image analysis software.
• Manage domestic and international CRO operations and collaborative R&D projects.
• Perform due diligence on external neurodegenerative disease assets from academia and biotech.

Requirements

• PhD in Neuroscience, Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of industry experience in pharmaceutical or biotech companies post-PhD.
• Proven experience in drug development for neurodegenerative diseases.
• Experience leading research projects or research tasks.
• Proficiency in English communication skills for international meetings and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple projects, including international collaborative research.
• Experience in the full drug development cycle from Discovery to IND filing.
• Extensive experience working in international pharmaceutical organizations or specialized neurodegenerative disease research institutes.
