Pharmacology Research Scientist, Ex Vivo

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and execute preclinical PK, immunoassay, and cell assays to support pharmacology research
• Develop and validate PK/PD assays, immunoassays, custom multiplexes, and primary cell/explant assays
• Analyze, interpret, and present experimental data to project teams and senior leadership
• Author and review Bioanalytical reports for regulatory filings
• Collaborate across functions to support programs from early discovery through candidate selection
• Use scientific judgment to adapt standardized workflows and protocols

Requirements

• PhD with 3 years of industry experience, Master’s with 5 years, or Bachelor’s with 10 years of industry experience
• Proven proficiency in PK/PD, Ligand Binding assays, and primary cell/tissue culture
• Technical expertise in flow cytometry and immune cell assays
• Experience with automated assay systems (e.g., Hamilton, Integra)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools including GraphPad Prism, Spotfire, and FlowJo
