About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform preclinical pharmacology studies in rodents including drug administration (IV, IP, SC, PO), blood/tissue collection, and tumor volume measurement
- Coordinate with project teams to draft, finalize, and implement study protocols
- Collect, record, and summarize experimental data for team presentations
- Develop and troubleshoot in vitro assays including immune cell profiling, cytokine profiling, and cytotoxicity assays
- Innovate the assay portfolio by identifying and implementing new technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 1-3 years of academic or industry research experience
- Experience in cell biology, biochemistry, or molecular biology (assay development, tissue culture, protein/RNA analysis)
- Proficiency in small animal handling and pharmacology
- Experience with primary immune cell-based assays and flow cytometry (FACS)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
