Pharmacist Team Lead Pharma Service Drug & Patient Safety

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of pharmacists and pharmaceutical specialists
• Ensure efficient task distribution, personnel planning, and achievement of KPIs and SLAs
• Identify, assess, and process potential drug-related risks such as interactions, double medication, and contraindications
• Advise customers and prescribing physicians on pharmaceutical issues
• Support the team in daily operations and perform technical assessments of complex pharmaceutical cases
• Conduct quality controls of cases, processes, and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance
• Drive the continuous development of processes, SOPs, and quality standards

Requirements

• Licensed Pharmacist (Approbation) with several years of professional experience
• Experience in leadership, development, or technical management of teams
• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation, prescription requirements, and drug safety
• Strong quality awareness and ability to make sound decisions in complex situations
• Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable working style
• High digital affinity and experience with pharmacy information systems
