Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Handle complaints from patients and medical staff to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage outpatient services in accordance with established policies and standards
• Ensure completeness of monthly reports including drug stock, expiration, and narcotic/psychotropic reports
• Monitor procurement, use, and maintenance of medicines and general equipment
• Provide drug information services and education to staff and patients
• Monitor storage conditions including refrigerator temperature, room temperature, and humidity
• Implement and supervise quality and safety procedures to meet hospital indicators
• Provide operational support to Assistant Pharmacists to ensure smooth OPD services

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting
• Strong clinical knowledge in pharmacotherapy and drug interactions
• Expertise in medication preparation, dispensing, and monitoring
• Familiarity with regulatory standards regarding medication safety and controlled substances
