Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Profesi Apoteker)
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge in pharmacotherapy and drug interactions
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and medication safety
- Good communication and responsibility skills
