Pharmacist Process Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage development and transfer activities for solid dosage forms, including manufacturing processes
• Lead site-specific project work within the co-development process in collaboration with global product development teams
• Plan and coordinate necessary technology transfer activities as part of drug development
• Monitor adherence to timelines and support the maintenance of cost estimates
• Support Pfizer manufacturing sites in the planning, preparation, and technical execution of transfer activities
• Ensure compliance with EU-GMP regulations, occupational safety, environmental protection, and legal requirements (AMG, AMWHV)
• Ensure the pharmaceutical quality of clinical and regulatory test samples and assist with regulatory documentation and inspections

Requirements

• Pharmacy degree, degree in process engineering, or equivalent academic training
• Approbation as a pharmacist (or equivalent qualification according to § 15 AMG)
• Experience in drug development or production
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• A PhD is desirable
