Responsibilities

• Design oral solid-dose and sterile injectable formulations (capsules, tablets, peptides)
• Own encapsulation, blending, and aseptic processing end to end
• Build and run the analytical backbone including dissolution, potency, and stability programs
• Write master formulation records, batch records, specifications, and SOPs

Requirements

• German pharmacist license (Approbation) or EU-recognized pharmacy qualification
• 5+ years of hands-on formulation experience in pharma or compounding
• Deep knowledge of EU GMP (Annex 1) and excipient functionality

Preferred Qualifications

• Sterile injectable or lyophilization experience with peptide formulations
• Background in a German Herstellungsapotheke or EU-licensed contract manufacturer
• Experience formulating GLP-1 analogs or other peptide manufacturing
