About the role
Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and dispense medications to support safe treatment plans
- Provide medication counseling and clinical education to patients and staff
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Monitor medication therapies for safety, effectiveness, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee pharmacy inventory, storage, procurement, and distribution processes
- Support health screenings and pharmacy documentation
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy school
- Full unrestricted U.S. Pharmacist licensure
- Current BLS certification
- 3+ years of recent pharmacist experience, including 6 months within the last year
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid passport
- Ability to obtain and maintain MRPT security clearance
- Ability to meet deployment-related medical and physical requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in international, military, or multidisciplinary healthcare environments
- Familiarity with integrated clinical workflows and collaborative patient care delivery
