About the Company

Integrated Pharmacy Solutions (IPS) is a Texas-based specialty pharmacy delivering high-touch, clinically focused services across the specialty infusion, home infusion, and retail pharmacy space. We specialize in specialty medications including biologics and IVIG formulations across neurology, rheumatology, and other specialty therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary clinical and operational lead for the pharmacy
• Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance
• Provide clinical oversight and work collaboratively with providers and staff
• Lead teams in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Active Pharmacist license in Texas in good standing
• Eligible and willing to serve as Pharmacist in Charge
• Willing to obtain additional state licenses
• Strong working knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency with pharmacy software systems such as CareTend
• Competent in Microsoft Office programs

Preferred Qualifications

• PharmD degree preferred (BS Pharm considered)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a specialty or infusion pharmacy setting
• Working knowledge of specialty pharmacy accreditation processes
