Compliance

Dispense medications and provide patient consultation
Serve as medical expert, brand ambassador, and patient advocate
Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) including store opening, closing, and staff supervision
Ensure store activities and staff comply with state guidelines and HIPAA policies
Implement and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Verify patient certifications through the Patient Portal during dispensing events
Assist with cash handling, deposits, and daily activity logs

Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Pennsylvania
Must be at least 21 years of age to meet regulatory requirements
Ability to obtain and maintain medical marijuana work credentials via fingerprint background check
Completion of mandatory 4-hour Pharmacist certification required by the PA Department of Health
Strong compliance mindset and attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency with computer systems and point of sale (POS) registers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team
