Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and provide patient consultation
• Serve as medical expert, brand ambassador, and patient advocate
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) including store opening, closing, and staff supervision
• Ensure store activities and staff comply with state guidelines and HIPAA policies
• Implement and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Verify patient certifications through the Patient Portal during dispensing events
• Assist with cash handling, deposits, and daily activity logs

Requirements

• Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Pennsylvania
• Must be at least 21 years of age to meet regulatory requirements
• Ability to obtain and maintain medical marijuana work credentials via fingerprint background check
• Completion of mandatory 4-hour Pharmacist certification required by the PA Department of Health
• Strong compliance mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and point of sale (POS) registers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team
