Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
• Verify and review prescriptions for authenticity, legality, and appropriateness
• Educate patients on medication use, side effects, and drug interactions
• Review patient medication regimens for safety and efficacy
• Provide expert advice to healthcare providers regarding dosing and medication choices
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage medication stock
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
• Administer vaccines and perform health screenings
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with privacy regulations

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited pharmacy school
• Active pharmacist license
• 5+ years of experience
• In-depth understanding of pharmacology and drug interactions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
