Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense medications and provide expert advice to patients on usage and side effects
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy
• Manage pharmacy inventory including ordering, receiving, and storing products
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and safety standards in Pune
• Implement quality control procedures for medication storage and handling
• Provide customer service and address patient inquiries
• Supervise and train pharmacy staff on procedures and service standards
• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, and financial transactions
• Participate in medication therapy management programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
• Valid pharmacist license and current registration with the Pharmacy Council of India
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a licensed pharmacist
• Proficiency in pharmacy management software and inventory systems
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and drug interactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
• Understanding of local pharmaceutical regulations in Pune

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medication therapy management
• Experience with quality assurance and process improvement initiatives
