Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with DHA regulations
• Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential interactions
• Provide professional medication counseling and health advice to patients
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to optimize patient care
• Ensure full compliance with DHA pharmaceutical regulations and internal SOPs
• Maintain accurate patient and medication records
• Monitor medication inventory, expiry dates, and ensure stock rotation
• Support digital health workflows including EMR documentation
• Educate patients on treatment plans and medication adherence

Requirements

• UAE National (Emirati) with a Family Book (Mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Valid DHA Pharmacist License and/or DHA eligibility letter
• Experience in outpatient, ambulatory, or hospital pharmacy preferred
• Strong knowledge of DHA regulations and medication safety
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems and digital health workflows
