Our on-site pharmacy and infusion center provides first-class, compassion focused care to patients receiving infusion therapy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations at the in-office pharmacy
• Provide leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and support safe medication services
• Act as the primary pharmacist responsible for day-to-day operations and clinical oversight
• Collaborate with providers and staff in a clinical office setting
• Engage teams in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Active Pharmacist license in Texas in good standing
• Eligible and willing to be designated as Pharmacist in Charge
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work independently in a satellite/solo pharmacist setting
• Proficiency with pharmacy software systems (CareTend)
• Competence in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• PharmD preferred (BS Pharm considered)
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience in a healthcare-management role in specialty or infusion pharmacy
• Working knowledge of specialty pharmacy accreditation processes
